I paint this cover for the Spanish version of an European events guide called Partysan. I had to maintain the upper part and the right bottom corner rather empty for the logo and the titles.

I wanted to get the effects and textures that you usually obtain using traditional media. I drawn various sketches and painted several backgrounds with water colors and acrylic. Then I scanned everything and I started to mix the layers and add the details with Photoshop.
